Attention Back™ turns a good intention into a physical ritual: set the time, place your phone inside, close the clear lid, and give the next block of time to something that matters more than another scroll.
### Why it works
- Set focus windows from 1 minute up to 24 hours.
- See the countdown, closed-lock state, open-lock state, and lockbox battery on the front display.
- Keep caller ID visible through the transparent cover.
- Use the front access opening for an aligned call control, or stay reachable with a smartwatch, Bluetooth earbuds, or speakerphone.
- Charge the lockbox through its side USB-C port.
- Route a compatible phone charging cable through the lower pass-through.
- Use the limited emergency release only when something genuinely cannot wait.
### How to use it
1. Press **Hour** and **Minute** to set your focus window.
2. Place your phone inside. Route its charging cable through the lower opening if needed.
3. Close the transparent lid.
4. Hold the **Function / display** button until the closed-lock icon appears and the countdown begins.
5. Return when the timer reaches zero and the box releases.
There is no dedicated minus button on this model. Set the time carefully before locking; if you overshoot, reset or cycle the value before starting. Confirm the exact reset sequence in the included manual.
